I had a scheduled oil change at 10 AM. Two hours later, a representative came into the waiting room to let me know that my battery was no good and they needed to replace it. I had no problem with replacing the battery, but I needed to grab my phone charger out of my vehicle and when I spoke to the mechanic and asked how much longer it would be because I needed to pick up my kids from school, He told me he had not even started on the oil change. I explained to him that I had already been there for two hours, and I wasn’t sure what they had been doing. It turns out this mechanic had come back from lunch and was working on the vehicle and did not realize that someone else had done the oil change, but needless to say the confusion and the lack of communication was very upsetting all in all, I was there for two hours and 45 minutes for a simple oil change in a battery replacement.

We were early for our appointment, we were told where to wait, where coffee and etc. were located. very helpful. we went out to the floor and visited with Ralph, the guy who sold us our Equinox, he was very nice and friendly. Ralph is our most favorite sales person..Russell Chevrolet has the best service.
