Don't go here if you HATE dealing with HONEST salespeople and HATE getting the BEST deal you can get on a car and trade in! :D Russell Chevrolet was the only dealership I found after calling around 10 dealerships in the Northwest Arkansas/OK area that did not charge me a "vehicle shortage" or "market surcharge" during these odd chip shortage times when all others did. In addition, they were the only dealership I could find that would still honor my GM family discount that I get. I will remember this -- next time I'm in the market for a new Chevy to replace my vehicle, I will only consider driving 3 hours away to NLR to purchase from Russell Chevy because they proved that they care about getting customers the best deal they can. My wife and I were in LR for a day trip while we were shopping vehicles and she decided to call up the local Chevy dealerships to see who had inventory and who would honor the family discount and not mark up their vehicles. I'm glad she did because when she called Russell Chevy, John Woolf picked up and took amazing care of us. Though he didn't have any inventory, he told us that they had a few order slots left that we can secure with a deposit. We ordered exactly the vehicle we wanted, John honored the family discount, and he also gave us a super competitive trade in value on our 10 mo. old car going only off of the pictures we sent him and our word that the car was in great shape. When we were waiting for the car to be produced and shipped, John was very accessible via text. He gave us quick updates on progress whenever we asked. When the vehicle was en route to the dealership from the manufacturer, we were able to schedule pickup at the dealership that day. The experience at the dealership lived up to the experience with John thus far. Ben Hamilton met us outside as we pulled in, fully expecting us. He got straight to work, removing the plate from our trade in to transfer to our new 2022 Tahoe. While I was working to get everything out of the car, he was in the new car with my wife, showing her how to get everything set up. The finance experience was great, with Eric McCleary clearly walking us through document signatures, ensuring that we understood everything. They have a cool electronic DocuPad system that makes all signatures electronic, which is pretty cool. Eric offered extended warranty options but was, by no means, pushy. We were lucky enough to be able to take advantage of an awesome financing deal that beat any of our bank's rates by nearly 50%. The entire experience at the dealership took no longer than one hour. It was the fastest and best car purchasing experience I've ever have.
